Does a locked AT&T Lumia 830 work on NET10?

I plan on buying the Lumia 830 from AT&T but I want to put it on NET10, some people online say a locked AT&T phone works on NET10 and other people say otherwise. Will this phone work?

Net 10 resells airtime on AT&T towers. It should have no problems with a Net 10 SIM... Just get the AT&T compatible SIM.

RumoredNow is correct. As long as you get a Net10 SIM card using AT&T service, a locked AT&T phone should work just fine without unlocking.
