Does a locked AT&T Lumia 830 work on NET10?

I plan on buying the Lumia 830 from AT&T but I want to put it on NET10, some people online say a locked AT&T phone works on NET10 and other people say otherwise. Will this phone work?

If you are using ATT as an MVNO then yes it should work on Net10. It works on Cricket and Straight Talk without any issues.
