Does anyone else get the "Download Incomplete" error when reading Twitter emails?

On WP8, I would only get that error in Hotmail (but not in GMail), but now in WP 8.1 DP, I get it on both.

Not to mention, Twitter emails (as a result?) cannot be tap- or pinch-zoomed. You have to scroll to see whatever you want to see.

Does this happen to anyone/everyone else?

I get this with a lot of my emails to both my outlook and my gmail accounts.
I had it with WP8 and now with WP8.1 so I always assumed it was normal behaviour to save data.
