Does anyone have an Icon without purple tint / gradient on the display?

I'm on my 2nd unit from Verizon with a purple (dark) tint or gradient on either the top or bottom, most visible with dark gray (i.e. system menus, phone call, Wiper app gray wipe test). Is this just intrinsic to the OLED panel in this device? Do I have any shot at getting one without it?

I used to have that problem but I don't experience it anymore for some reason.

My 2nd device now from Verizon has it even worse, horizontally now. Maybe I should just return it thru Nokia instead.

My first two Icons had that problem. Purple-ish near the top, yellow-ish at the bottom. My 2nd Icon had it but worse, and yellow-ish at the top, purple on the bottom. My third is nothing but flawless. But it's painful to have to go through 2 phones before having one without a problem. I had a problem with my first 928 also. So much for Nokia's legendary build quality....
