He created a great app called OSmaps and I lost it when my phone went for repair and wondered why his app is no longer published, - im a developer too albeit it a crap one!

You could get WP Support Chat to investigate it for you and see if this app has been permanently pulled or this is a temp move from dev

I think its been pulled looking at a comment in his reviews!
