Yes it does. I have tested it wirelessly with a generic $13 USD Chinese Miracast Airplay DLNA dongle and the results were mixed, although it did connect and stream wirelessly. The dongle dispatched and IP which it received and acknowledged and streaming began, although the connection dropped once possibly due to interference. Screen rotation was fluid and because this Chinese dongle only supported 1080 P, the content was high definition and stereophonic.Remember this was for the Windows 8.1 version of Blu Win HD LTE, as I had to downgrade from Windows 10 Phone due to bugs and stability issues.
