Does Groove Music on windows phone 10 device allow you to stream the catalog

I dont have a windows phone device running windows 10 yet, but I keep hearing mixed reports about groove music and streaming. I want to be able to stream my collection from Groove Music. Not talking about my personal collection from Onedrive, but from Groove Music catalog.
