Does Lumia 830 support higher storage capacities?

Does Lumia 830 support higher storage capacities

I know Lumia 830 can support up to 128 GB (so it says in specs) but what i really would like to know is does it start hanging or does the performance of the phone come down......?????

Hi, do you mean if bigger SD cards are used? (i.e. 256 GB, etc)

I would imagine that they would not be detected.

I would think that it can indeed take larger cards, but 128 GB is the highest amount available at launch, so they're just covering their butts in case it doesn't work.

Like how some phones technically say 32 GB is the max, but take 128 GB cards like a champ.

If the card is a good quality one, you shouldn't have any problems. They arise if the card is too slow, defective, or otherwise damaged.
