Does Nokia Beamer work well for anyone?

I've tried it on WiFi and LTE with a phone that's also on WiFi or LTE and Nokia Beamer just doesn't work well for me. When I select 'auto update', it only updates every 5 seconds. I know its new and hasn't seen a lot of updates, but BB10 has an amazing screen share feature and I figured if they could do it, Nokia definitely could.

Works good enough for me. Your 5 second lag seems to be much longer than what I'm seeing. How are you testing it?

I went to this website to have Flash based stop watch app: Online Stopwatch. Then I set Nokia Beamer to autoupdate and I pointed my phone to my laptop screen

But I do notice the auto update does have a lag. I did some testing while data is turned off, so using wifi. I noticed about 2 seconds when I set it to optimize for "Quality" or "Balance quality and speed." The funny thing is that when I set it to optimize for "Speed" the lag varies from 1 second to 4 seconds.
