Does Nokia Care Suite Still work? HELP flashing phone.

Hi all,

I just bought a used 930 with broken mic issue. Want to flash it to see if mic can come back!. Downloaded Nokia Care Suite and will not find my phone even though data connection works (ie WP recovery tool works). When I put in RM-1045, I just says error. Should I download older version of Nokia Care Suite?? HELP!
