A combination of camera, CPU and software, and right now the 1520 has two of the three.

No it wont. Demin will bring 4k quality but not slow motion 120fps. The phone chipset supports slow motion though

Denim will also bring HDR and ability to adjust flash intensity after a shot. Also can export each high quality frame from 4k video which is amazing.
