Does this mean I can download the preview asap?

Hello! So once the WP10 preview releases today people will be able to download it correct? But I am wondering, my phone is unlocked and I am with GiffGaff but my carrier on my phone says CV GBIE... Does that mean I will not need to wait for my carrier to release it themselves?

The Insider program is independent from your carrier. So long as you're signed up to the Insider program and your device is on the list (it's being rolled-out by phone), you'll be able to get the preview (when available) via the Insider app.
