Not only does it detail how to download software that hasn't been officially released, he also provides a Product Key necessary to activate the device and a link to the ISO.

Illegal Activities - Do not post, sell, link, discuss, or request warez, serials, ROMs, UDID's or illegal copies of intellectual property of others. Discussions regarding hardware or software modifications designed to steal service, such as ESN cloning & phone programming modifications are also forbidden in the forums.

It's in step #6

6) Enter the following Product Key when prompted (the key you extracted won't work now): NK2V7-9DWXG-KMTWQ-K9H9M-6VHPJ

So do you suggest removing the offending links and information or removing the thread or explaining it to the OP or what?

If it was up to me I would play it safe and remove the entire thread. Just wanna make sure it's all on the up-and-up before taking any actions.

OP wants to know if there's anyway to clean the thread up so he can still have the tutorial. Any suggestions?

Isn't the whole product thing integral to the post? It doesn't matter so much about the download link. If the tutorial still works without the illegal product code stuff I guess it's fine?
