does windows 10 for phones remove the infamous resuming and loading screen?

hey guys one of the lumia 525 user here...those rocking the windows 10 tech preview, do you still notice the resuming and loading screens when starting and switching to the app from the app switcher?(especially the 512 MB phones).
DID WINDOWS 10 BRING TRUE MULTITASKING? any display on RAM usage and related stuff?

Microsoft should force devs to switch to/use WinRT for all new apps created. Sadly, I heard that they are missing APIs. What the hell Microsoft!

its not "resuming", so I guess that's what people care about.

If I'm not mistaken, if an app is written in WinRT (or 8.1 SDK?) it won't show the "Resuming..." screen

If yes then it's up to the developers, not Microsoft...

Well sometimes I see resuming screen even on stock apps such as messaging.
