Does Windows Phone 8.1 works ok on Lumia 925

Does Windows Phone 8.1 and updates works ok on Lumia 925?
Or it lags cause is older
I read all phones of x20 series (like 925 or 625) doesnt run ok the update from Windows Phone 8.0

I have a 925, 820 both on cyan + P4D and have no problems at all with 8.1
And I have a 625 with only cyan and also no problems.

Actual you only hear from people who complain so you get the impression that it is s big problem but far far more have no problems. And there is no reason why the 625 or 925 should lag.
Even the 520 runs on 8.1

The OS is smooth as butter on the 925 (minus the Xbox music app which is a widespread issue). If you're comfortable with flashing ROMs then I would suggest flashing it from either Lumia Software Updater or Nokia Software Recovery (this needs fiddling)

8.1 works great on my 925. My phone doesn't lag and my T-Mobile Wi-Fi calling worked perfectly again after the official update came.

Just get pfd 8.1.1 which is basically denim for all x20 devices except 1520.
