Don't go to the AT&T stores in San Bruno, CA

I waited for half an hour in store looking forward to buy the 920. There were couple associates talking among themselves and 9 people waiting in line. They didn't even bother to help us. So one of the guy and I asked the store manager and wanted to complaint, but he said that's how that store operates. **** them.

So after another half an hour wait, the associates told me that they are selling the 920 in the regular $99 price, and they don't have any chargin pad in stock so I have to get it from another store. I showed him the paper that shows the $49 price (that I got from another associates that works in the same store), an that associate just looked at me like I am an idiot.

I ended up wasting 2 hours and didn't get my phone. I am going to complaint to their corporate hoping something will happen to them. Very disappointed

Is it an AT&T store or an AT&T reseller? Sometimes it hard to tell the difference unless you look it up on the AT&T site. I'd be interested knowing. Thanks!

It is an actual AT&T store (inside the Tanforan mall). I will never go to that store again
