It was removed from the MarketPlace at the end of March, and those who purchased it no longer had access to it. Now, that it is available as an XBoxLive title, and those who previously purchased it do not have full access to the XBoxLive version.
It is already pretty sketchy enough that you can pay for something, and it be removed and you no longer have access to it. But Microsoft having another companies product removed so they can turn it into their product and charge more, that is just bad business.
WPCentral should make a post about it and put pressure on Microsoft to give those of us who previously purchased it the full version, since we already paid for it!
