Double display problem.

Im new to this forum so soory if im doing something wrong..

So the problem is on my lumia 820 i got it today i mean it was used but it has no damage on it at all. But the problem i got a double display i don`t know how to explain so i will try with a few pictuers.
It dosen`t appear on screenshots i don`t know why tbh. And when i play games like fifa you can see it or anygame that has a brighter backround.

Btw sry for bad english ive been in school the whole day just came home (it is like 20:33 in my country atm) and i realy can`t double check the speeling.

It sounds like you either have a ghosting issue. Where the images stick around from previous window. Or a burn in issue. Where images have permanently been burned into the screen. Both are display issues.

Have you tried updating your extras and info as well as your display and touch?

I`m all new to windows phones i switched from iOS, so i did go in the settings on that update thing it did update for a while and finished so i don`t know if i did it tbh..
