Double Lock?? 🔒🔒

When I lock my phone, it plays the sound twice. It makes an unlock sound
both when I bring up the lock screen, and unlock the phone. It makes a lock sound when I turn the screen off on the lock screen. What could do this? (T-Mo 521, Update 1 DP)

Try to turn off the lock screen at all, reboot the phone and set it up again. If its still the same, go into audio settings and turn off the screen lock sound.
