Double tap not working

I have the att lumia 520 and ive updated the system apps and enabled double but it still doesnt work. I also gave the amber update. Any ideas?

the 520 wasn't even supposed to have the DDTW option enabled, I don't know why its enabled on only the ATT model.
(the T-Mo 521 and the int'l 520 do not have that option)

im thinking its enable-able but still very much hit-and-miss to where Nokia otherwise disabled it. But what made the ATT 520 different...?

A little confused on your statement, the OP stated that he has an AT&T 520 with Amber, but double tap "Does Not" work. I have the same situation: a AT&T 520, Amber upgrade, I do have the box to enable it, it is is enable but no double tap. Like I stated in another post, I did contact AT&T about the issue and they responded that it is a Nokia or Windows problem, they (AT&T) have no control over this double tap problem.

Yeah I never was able to get it to work. I had everything updated the box checked and did a few factory resets. I also tried various bashing techniques on the screen but it never worked.
