Double tap to wake feature

So, I've just got this beautiful device and I love it. By the way, I can't find the double tap to wake feature...I've read that this feature was implemented in older devices like 625, so it's stramge that it's missing here!

Maybe I didn't see it or I should update something or it just doesn't exsists for 630?

It is not available for the 63x because they do not have a proximity sensor.
Why would that matter? The proximity sensor is used to detect whether the phone is, say, in a pocket, so as to prevent accidental double-taps from your leg or ****. (ok fine mr. censor, from your leg or posterior, gluteus maxiumus, etc.)
Most other devices do have the standard sensor complement so they have the feature enabled. (625, 520, etc.)
