doublecl ad makes forums unusable

All,

Whenever the ad appears for googleads.g.doubleclick.net, it makes the forums unusable. It takes over the scrolling because the ad keeps reloading and setting the page to a certain spot and won't let you scroll out of it. The only recourse is to use the browser refresh and hope that it does not show up.

This notification is the trigger and in all honesty, annoying.
