Downgrade help

Hello
I'm new to this
But i want to ask if we can somehow downgrade straight to cyan(its available for my phone) but still keep all my apps which are installed on my sd card
P.S
On developer preview(wp8.1.1)
I cant seem to connect to my google account
i press connect but it never goes to the google login page

Not possible even if you downgrade directly to Cyan you'll lose your DP data
