Downgrade lumia 620?

Hello i wounder if there is anyway to downgrade my lumia 620 from 1308 to the update before that?

You used to be able to flash older builds using a Nokia Support program but I think it was pulled from the market. What issue are you having with 1308 that you want to downgrade? We're expecting to get the amber update very soon, too.

I tested a lumia 620 in the store and it felt a lot faster then mine!

I think it got the 1307 update!
Is there any difference in speed between these two updates?
