Downgrade Lumia cyan to Lumia black

I have updated my phone to Lumia cyan+wp8.1 update 1.now I want to downgrade it to wp8.is it possible?if yes then how?
And after downgrading can I update it back to wp8.1.

For what you are downgrading it to 8.0 and then update to 8.1 again. You are already on 8.1 isn't it..?
If you dont want update 1 DP with 8.1, you didnt want to downgrade to 8.0.
Just use NSRT. It will install a fresh OS of 8.1 to your device. & you will roll back to official 8.1 (Lumia Cyan Only) without update 1.
You hadnt mentioned your device and country here. Check weather Cyan is available.
