Downgrading to 8.1 Cyan from 8.1 GDR1

My Nokia Lumia 1320 has been facing terrible lags since I updated my phone, the screen freezes, phone doesn't function. Hence I have decided to downgrade back to WP 8.1 Cyan.

I am aware of the whole process and how to use the NSRT (Nokia Software Recovery Tool). WP 8.1 Cyan was released for my region back in July. I wanted to know currently whether the NSRT would directly install WP 8.1 Cyan or it would install WP8 and I would need to update via OTA ?

you have to connect your phone to laptop ( install nokia software recovery tool)
it check the latest firmware 8.1 ( backup your phone first) then download and install .

Another question that came up to my mind, I had kept my Apps + settings backup ON. I only want my app backup as i don't want to loose my game data. Is there any way to delete the settings backup?

Also say i have 10 games backed up on Onedrive, now I uninstall 5 games and do a backup. It would delete the backup of the uninstalled 5 games right ?
