"Download and install manually" missing on Windows phone store?

Earlier before the Windows store update there used to be an option to download and install manually for each app and game which seems to be missing these days.Any suggestions what`s going on?

No suggestions this is just the way it is for now; for all of us.. We have to wait and see if MS will add this option again, but for now, quite a few people are reporting the issue, so you can join them

Go to China store and search the game you want to download.

China store is old version of Windows Phone Store.

That still doesn't give you the ability to download it to your phone? I mean there would be no option to "install local apps"?
