Download limitation by phone policy??

Hi

just wondering:
Started my Qnap Filemanager, accessing my NAS and went to my directory, where Beatport Music files stored.
So tried to download my file and got this warning / message:

Base in the window phone policy, the download limitation only allow like below:
Maximum download size over cellular connection : 20 MB
Maximum download size over Wifi without external power: 100MB
---
I never see such policy on other phones.
So iam logged in my Wifi network and can download what i want. Why is microsoft forbidden that?

How i can change this policy?

I've downloaded games and files larger than that on both cellular and WiFi.

Are you using the qnap app?

As it sounds like a limitation set in the app, regardless care to post a screen shot?

Yes using the Qnap App.
There is no setting in the app. Looks more for a general policy of windows 10 mobile.
