Download music bought from phone?

I bought a song today on my phone but I can't find how to download it on my PC. I know I can just copy it from the phone but I want to know if it's possible to download a purchase again just using the Microsoft account (like you can on iTunes).

What version of Windows are you running? If you have Windows 8/8.1, your purchased music should show up in the Xbox Music App for Windows 8/8.1.

I have 8.1 but strangely it's not showing up.

Bizarrely it's not showing up in my Xbox Music on my Windows Phone unless I search by songs...
