Download (notification) sounds from Windows 10 mobile

Is it possible to download the sounds from W10m - I just switched to Android and am keen to transfer some of the sounds over - such as 'alert 1'. I've found some sounds elsewhere but cannot find others (such as alert 1) anywhere to download, so is it possible to download straight from W10m - I can't find a way to but maybe someone else knows if it is possible.
