download xap from pc

hi . how can i download xap files from pc ? microsoft store does not have a install manuelly option.i want move apps to another micro sd .
i have a 8g micro sd and i want to change that to 32.so can anybody help me how can i save my apps and not download them again??!!

You will need to first move those apps to your phone from your 8GB SD Card and then move them from your phone to your 32GB SD Card. If the phone storage on your phone is not enough for all apps in one go, you may repeat the process* until all your apps have been moved.

*- Move apps from 8GB SD Card to your phone, turn off phone, remove 8GB SD Card, insert 32GB SD Card, turn on phone, move apps from phone to 32GB SD Card.
