Downloaded the kb3194496 as of Today Sep 30, 2016

[Windows Central Question]

So I downloaded the Kb 3194496 and apparently my (ASUS) laptop went to restart. As of now, It was working until it went to a black screen and showed the following messsage:

it's stuck on this screen and NONE of my keys work other than the power button. I don't know what's wrong or how to fix it but it's like this every time I try to force shut it down and turn it back on. I can't even enter safe mode.

Since there are no error messages and the forced restart isn't working, try asking a Microsoft tech support person for help
Or a nearby laptop repair service
