Downloading 0%

As the title suggests the update keeps saying that and never actually downloads anything... Turned the Wi-Fi on and off .. Turned the phone on and off.. Checked and unchecked the preview for developers... Nothing worked... Just that "Downloading update 0%". Any suggestions?

Remove the app, soft reset and then try again

Edit: it goes without saying that you should download the prev app again after the reset xd

You do realize I'm talking about an update to the phone not to an individual app?

Lol yes I do Now my first instinct was to tell you to do a soft reset and then try to download again, but just to be sure I added that you should remove the dev prev app, do the soft reset, install the app and try again
