downloading pdf/epub files

here's a tip i found useful
downloading epub ..pdf files is pain lumia 1020....first to pc then to phone

but if you download with uc browser first and then use the upload to skydrive feature in uc browser you can download to you reader of choice from there all without going near your pc

ANY OTHER tips appreciated
