Downloading problem in speech and keyboard

Can anyone help me out to download speech u.s english and keyboard in windows 10?

settings > system > speech > add a language > English (US).

settings > devices > keyboard > add keyboards > English (US).

I have the exact same problem. Lumia 635 from Vodafone Ireland with Windows 10 preview. Multiple reset already attempted. It made my Cortana crashes during setup when I need to type my name and after that Cortana crashes all the time :-(

It's normal for Preview builds can't download any speech or keyboard packages. Check the Insider website for more details.

The I will go back to WP8.1, get them and upgrade to 10.
