DP v12400 and Cyan - QQ

I have been reading many threads/views that users who have updated the DP to v12400 today will have to downgrade the OS to Black or version 8.0 to get Cyan update once released for their region. Is it a fact? Please confirm if its true or false.

Yes! Do not upgrade to v12400 until you get the cyan update. You will get stuck. It's a minor bugfix update, and it is not even a big deal. So don't download it!

lol oops...well I guess we'll see when Cyan comes out for your device. If it doesn't work, you'll have to downgrade to 8.0 or wait until Microsoft updates the official to 12400 or greater

I believe, i wont see any issues once i'll go for cyan because this update was for those who are on dp and all users who have dp installed should be able to update it to cyan. I think issue should be for those who have company apps installed like bitlocker and probably they have to downgrade it to 8.0 using software recovery tool.
