dual OS on a phablet? (WP 8.1 and windows 8.1)

would it be possible to have both windows phone 8.1 and windows 8.1 on a phablet? then it will become a real phablet. i saw android + windows , but no windows phone + windows

Such a thing would require 32GB or more in storage to be possible. It would also require 2GB of RAM. And a good processor to boot.

It's simply not viable. I'd like to see devices running full Windows or Windows Phone, but not both.
