Dual Sim Windows Phone

Hi,
I don't want to go for android but currently no OEM is working on duel sim WP
I think, nokia is working on it but it is not confirmed news.

I don't know should wait or ....

It's better to wait for the announcement of Windows Phone 8.1. If they don't announce it there, then it's safe to go for Android. For a few months, at least.

Also there is a strong chance that dual sim WP8.1 will be included, as well the other features so long awaited like the notification center and so on... but there is a quite long time to WP8.1 announcement, it will be in late February in Barcelona for the Mobile World Congress. Then after the announcement, most likely WP8.1 handsets will appear in the upcoming months.
