I have noticed that I am getting double notified about new articles. It has been going on for about a month or so now. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it does not solve it. Suggestions? Anyone else seeing this?

I do not have a fix, however I have experienced the same issue with the Skype for Business App. Submitted to Windows Insider.
