E-mail problems in WP8.1

Hi everyone,

I have two emails in my phone, and I have set them to refresh every half hour... When I am not in a WiFi network and my data are close (so my emails have not been refreshed for this time) and I connect my phone to a wifi network my emails are not update automatically, until I wait for a long time or I do it manualy...

This is happening only in wifi, not in 3G...

Have anyone the same problem with 8.1...?

I do have 2 email accounts but the moment I connect to Wi-Fi they update instantly :s
I think its because you have it set to update every 30 minutes and not instantly

I have set it "every 30 minutes", but when they have not been updated for 2 hours, they must update the moment I connect them to internet...
That was not happening with WP8....

Yeah... I noticed that when I set to update "instantly" it works fine... The problem is when i set this to "Every 15 minutes", "Every 30 minutes" and "Every one hour"...

I hope this will be fixed in oficial version... I can not se two emails to update "When it comes email instantly" bexause it will kill my battery

Well did you try soft resetting it ? Maybe it would solve this glitch ? my other guess is that on 8.1 they start the interval (for example 30 minutes) after you're connected to Wi-Fi and not as soon as you connect to Wi-Fi

Yes I tried soft and hard reset... From today is better than the other days... When I connected the Lumia in WiFi, emails updated after 6 minutes and in 3G updated the moment I turn the data on...

So I will wait for the official update by Nokia to solve this..

Not really. Push is supposed to consume less battery than manual fetch after sometime.
