My Lumia 720s Earpiece speaker not working after amber update.. Please help me out..!! urgent..!!!

This is most likely a software problem, or some hardware damage that only manifested itself after the Amber Update.

A soft reset might help you. If not, backup and flash your phone.

As a last resort, send it for repair.
