I created simple online app that from WP Store URL address can create logo + QR code for app in one images. They look similar to what you can see here on WPCentral. Create QR code for apps It also works with Google Play


disclaimer: No, I did not rip off App Promo. I had this for some time as a desktop app (I write ocasionaly about apps and was tired of creating those images manually) but friend of mine has Mac so we created this (he made design).
