Ebay seller issue?

So I see 2 listings for an htc 8x,one is $5 more than the other.
Both unlocked.

Not too sure what the differences are.
also both listing name say 8gb, but one is 16gb,I think.
The more expensive one is 8gb and the cheaper one is 16gb.

Can someone tell me the differences?

The difference is probably the storage capacity and wear+tear. Unfortunately, I had to remove the links due to WPCentral's guidelines.

kind of weird that it says 8gb on description, but 16gb on item info.....
