Edge constantly reloading web page when scrolling

Since the last big MS update, I'm having an issue where Edge will reload a web page when I scroll down. Anyone else experiencing this problem or know how to fix it?

Yes, I see it, also. I have not been able to cause it repeatedly. It seems to correct, if I wait on the page for maybe 30 seconds or so. I thought it might be related to my 'slow' DSL connection. I think I reported the issue.

Another thing I notice is say when doing a Google search, when the results load, the displayed text is tiny and the page will be unresponsive to attempts to zoom or make other changes.
