Edge Insider on Windows 10 S

I previously had Edge Insider installed on my Surface Go running Windows 10 S. I just got a replacement tablet, and when I try to install Edge Insider, I get the message that says you can only install MS-approved apps on Windows S.

If it matters, I'm stuck on version 1809 of Windows 10 - Windows Update has so far failed to offer version 1903.

Any ideas?

Well, I got it to work. I ran the Compatibility Troubleshooter on the EXE and it suggested running it in Windows 8 mode. I did so, and it successfully installed Edge Insider.
