Edge not opening after latest update. Any ideas how to get it back?

Every time I tap to open Edge, the logo comes up and then disappears back to the home screen. How can I get Edge back up and running?

On desktop my solution is to simply reboot the PC.
Works everytime...it's a minor hassle, yet it does work.
