Edge sync problem between phone and PC

Im trying to sync my reading list across my devices but have a bit of a weird situation. I have a Win10 Desktop PC, Surface Pro 4 and Lumia 950.
Pc and SP4 sync fine, but reading list wont sync with phone. When i look at the accounts, PC and SP4 have my work account as primary account and lumia 950 has my personal MSA. However, it does have my work account as an additional account set up on the phone.

So, is there any way to either:
- Get the reading list on my phone syncing with my PC and SP4
or
- Make my work account the account which syncs with edge on my Phone, without losing all the rest of my phone data (dont care about edge data)

I think you are out of luck. Edge in W10 desktop and mobile is connected to your primary Microsoft Account, unlike other Microsoft products (e.g. Groove, Maps, etc.). More than likely you will have to sign into your phone with your work account.
This is all just a guess, however.
