Editing wifi network

How to edit ip address subnet mask default gateway dns in wifi setting. I am not able to do this which means i cant connect my phone to wifi connection which is provided by my college (that to free). I can just see that my phone is connected to the wifi but with no internet acccess message.

Yes the options are inactive mode.

Changing wifi config settings (static IP, DNS, whatever) is not possible on WP.
