Effect of Factory Restore

I have a 930 with Denim but when originally setting up I chose the "wrong" option and after updating my phone it took on the name of my prior one and identified my 930 as my 635, so I'm thinking of starting over. If I tap the Factory Restore, will the phone go back to Cyan, the way I bought it? I assume Preview for Developers too will be gone.

If I do a Backup before the Factory Restore, what will come back? Denim? PfD? And will it also change the name of my phone to 635?

A factory reset will wipe all your data and customization, but the software will be whatever was installed before.
