Is !elf me an iOS or Android app? What does it do?

I assume you turn yourself into an elf? EG You take a picture of yourself and crop your face into an elf suit? Or something along those lines....I could be wrong though....

As for that...I haven't seen any sort of app like that on the store. Sorry I'll keep my eyes peeled though!
